To prevent the liquid level in the vessel from becoming excessive or insufficient exceeding a certain limit, it is possible to mount a level switch to the magnetic level gauge so that the switch can actuate alarm system or control system to regulate flow of liquid into or out of the vessel when the liquid level reaches a warning point
